Traditional Thai Massage

Reflexology & foot massage
Reflexology is actually not foot massage. For foot massage the therapist typically uses massage oil or lotion and use gentle gliding strokes all over the foot. The hand pressure can range from gentle to promote relaxation to firm but not as firm as in deep tissue massage.

Hot Stone Massage
Heated smooth and flat stones are placed at specific points on the back, in the palms or between toes. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain parts of the body. The heated stones will warm and relax the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure later on.
Tui Na Massage
Tui Na uses rhythmic compression along energy channels of the body, as well as a variety of techniques that manipulate and lubricate the joints. Tui Na also directly affects the flow of energy by holding and pressing the body at acupressure points. The intent of Tui Na is more specifically therapeutic than the simple relaxation of a Swedish-style massage.
Traditional Malay Massage
The local traditional urut combines slow rhythmic gliding strokes, stretching, stepping, long kneading, deep tissue and pressure applied to every part of the body, from the head, face, abdomen, body to feet and toes. It’s efficient in calming the nerves and improving overall wellbeing.
Fish spa is listed at the last because some might not consider it as a type of massage. Anyway, this therapy is getting popular in Asian countries.
